BordeAndo

BordeAndo is the group created by a number of women who immigrated to Queens, in New York, from Latin America. Together they've formed a community and work with crochet or other knitting arts, typical in the countries and towns they come from. Nespolo interviewed Carmen Tercero and Mercedes Ojeda, two of the group's leaders, and Niceli Portugal, who runs the group's activities at the Queen's Museum.
